The field of 12 is set…and the lots they have been cast for prices entering the NFL postseason. Arizona’s future price is the most interesting of the entire lot considering the Cardinals are now bigger longshots to win the title than they were before the season actually started. It won’t come as a surprise to see the Seahawks and Patriots listed as favorites in their respective conferences. In a year where everyone thinks the playoffs will unfold with a chalk-pocalypse, there still may be value…you just have to find it. Bet the Board is live…with our final installment of the regular season podcast. Both Payne and I wanted to thank all of our loyal listeners (whether it’s your 1st time or 33rd) listening to the pod. It really has turned into a lot of fun (Payne may say differently working with me) but you get the idea. Feel free to send in comments or questions about how you’d like to see the product change or improve moving forward. In the meantime there are Week 17 winners to find and we have no interest in keeping you...

It’s sad to think this is the penultimate Thursday podcast of the regular season. What a game tonight too as we delved way too far into Titans vs Jags to start the week off right. Great questions submitted from listeners this week as far as managing bankroll and power rating adjustments late in the year. Rather than me writing about it, tune in and give the pod a listen. Superbowl Futures
posted by Todd
It’s the time of year where the playoff field officially gets thinned out. Futures market value becomes tougher to identify headed into the twilight of the NFL regular season but there’s still potential for the opportunistic sports bettor to make a big score. Amazing to think that the Patriots price currently at 5-2 fell all the way to 14-1 after being throttled by Kansas City on Monday night earlier this fall. New England and Seattle are now Superbowl favorites in their respective conferences however there are still 21 teams mathematically alive to take home the Lombardi trophy. Here’s a snapshot of how team’s prices looked in early September compared to where they’re at as of this morning at the Westgate Superbook. Team Preseason Current Patriots 7-1 5-2 Seahawks 4-1 3-1 Packers 12-1 9-2 Broncos 5-1 5-1 Cowboys 75-1 12-1 Cardinals 50-1 16-1 Colts 22-1 16-1 Lions 40-1 20-1 Eagles 25-1 25-1 Steelers 22-1 30-1 Ravens 25-1 30-1 Bengals 22-1 30-1 Saints 7-1 50-1 Panthers 60-1 60-1 Chiefs 50-1 80-1 Falcons 60-1 100-1 Chargers 25-1 100-1 Bills 60-1 200-1 Texans 35-1 500-1 Dolphins 50-1 500-1 Browns 100-1...

Week 15 Advanced Lines...
posted by Todd
Every week I’ve been making it a priority to post Advanced lines from the Westgate Superbook. This allows bettors to compare what the line “would have been” vs where it opens given a single game’s result. Given that I fell behind schedule this week I decided to include the current price in parenthesis alongside the advanced line for easy of viewing. As you can see there are quite a few interesting moves through key numbers. NFL WEEK 15 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2014 CARDINALS RAMS -2.5 (Current Rams -3.5) SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2014 RAIDERS CHIEFS -10 (Current Chiefs -10) JAGUARS RAVENS -12.5 (Current Ravens -13.5) STEELERS FALCONS -1.5 (Current Falcons PK) TEXANS COLTS -7 (Current Colts -6.5) BENGALS -2 (Current Bengals -1.5) BROWNS DOLPHINS PATRIOTS -7.5 (Current Patriots -7.5) BUCS PANTHERS -3.5 (Current Panthers -5.5) REDSKINS GIANTS -3.5 (Current Giants -6.5) PACKERS -6.5 (Current Packers -6) BILLS VIKINGS LIONS -7 (Current Lions -7.5) JETS (Current Jets -1) TITANS -3 BRONCOS -3.5 (Current Broncos -3.5) CHARGERS 49ERS SEAHAWKS -6.5 (Current Seahawks -9.5) COWBOYS EAGLES -4 (Current Eagles -3.5) MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2014 SAINTS -3.5 (Current Saints -3 EVEN)...
