The field of 12 is set…and the lots they have been cast for prices entering the NFL postseason.  Arizona’s future price is the most interesting of the entire lot considering the Cardinals are now bigger longshots to win the title than they were before the season actually started.  It won’t come as a surprise to see the Seahawks and Patriots listed as favorites in their respective conferences.  In a year where everyone thinks the playoffs will unfold with a chalk-pocalypse, there still may be value…you just have to find it. It’s the time of year where the playoff field officially gets thinned out.  Futures market value becomes tougher to identify headed into the twilight of the NFL regular season but there’s still potential for the opportunistic sports bettor to make a big score.  Amazing to think that the Patriots price currently at 5-2 fell all the way to 14-1 after being throttled by Kansas City on Monday night earlier this fall.  New England and Seattle are now Superbowl favorites in their respective conferences however there are still 21 teams mathematically alive to take home the Lombardi trophy.  Here’s a snapshot of how team’s prices looked in early September compared to where they’re at as of this morning at the Westgate Superbook.
